ANNEXUS guarantees that the ANNEXUS employees assigned to the customer shall satisfactorily perform the services ordered by the customer. Upon reasonable notice from the customer, ANNEXUS will cancel all charges for unsatisfactory service. If employment of an ANNEXUS direct hired recruit is terminated for unsatisfactory performance during the first three months, ANNEXUS will find a suitable replacement or refund a proration of our recruitment service charges.
